Welcome to The
Adventures of Brandon Lewis’ Abroad Trip in Chile
First and foremost, this first week
in the LSU Teaching in Chile abroad program has been absolutely one of the best
weeks in my life. Meeting countless numbers of young individuals curious about
you, your families, and your dreams/goals is simply remarkable to me. Chile, this
program, and my host school have exceeded any expectations that I could have ever imagined.
When I first arrived here, I thought that I would miss home and have a miserable voyage, being that I only
had a broad knowledge about the country. However, that is not the case. The real
problem is forcing myself to go back home after the program is over. (The flight was a bit awful, but I made it safely (:

Finally, I would like to thank my
host family for being everything that I envision a loving family to be. From
celebrating my little brother’s birthday party to the beach to dancing in the living
room, you have truly made is an enjoyable experience, one that I will never
forget. (P.S. I don’t’ want any more bread or milk! Gracias J)
With love and quest,
